Order online for one-time orders and to set up recurring weekly orders.

I also bake specialty cakes, cupcakes and cookies for holidays. Check the website and social media for upcoming offerings. Inquiries always welcome.

Hi there! I am Heather Klassen.

Here's a little bit about me ...

I am a wife and mom of two wonderful children, and a fluffy doggy (Norm, pictured). I have always enjoyed baking and creating beautiful desserts. I especially enjoy creating cakes inspired by nature.

Although I have always baked, I first started selling cupcakes for weddings while at university studying fisheries biology. It was a great way to keep my creativity flowing, and pay for some textbooks.

At work, wading through streams and scaling mountains gave me lots of inspiration for my cake decorations.

Putting my biology career on pause to stay at home with my kids, I have found myself in the kitchen baking up scenes of river beds instead of studying them.

It is my pleasure to make you something delicious and beautiful for your special occasion.

My family moved to Powell River in October 2022 from Halfmoon Bay, where we had lived for 3 years. We have lived all over BC and are excited to set our roots down in Powell River. It's good to be here!
